Boabom is a unique method for physical and mental development. It provides techniques for self-healing and self-development through movement, meditation and self-defence. The various branches of Boabom melt into one development route which leads to insight and balance. Boabom has a healing effect on body and soul.
Boabom can be divided into several art forms:
– Seamm-Jasani is a mild form of Boabom. Quiet, soft movements can help especially against fatigue.
– «Core»-Boabom is a martial art. It is about sheer defence, not about attack.
– Boabom Yaanbao is a more advanced form of self defence where a stick is used to avert attacks.
I am a certified level 1 Boabom and Seamm-Jasani trainer who always continues to learn. It is my goal to become a level 2 certified trainer by the end of this year.
I organise open courses with a maximum of 10 participants, which allows for excellent follow-up. Take a look at the course calendar for availability and registration.
I tailor courses for specific groups, e.g. elderly people, pregnant women, yogis, recovered patients who have gone through a long and tough treatment, people who have been bedridden for a long time, … In these courses, you will join other people who are in a similar life situation as your own. I adapt the course according to the group’s specific needs.
I can also be your personal trainer and design a programme especially for your needs.
